If you want to remove or edit your annotations in Preview:

  • To remove an annotation: Select it and press the “Delete” key on your keyboard or right-click on it and choose “Delete”.
  • To edit an annotation: Double-click on it and make your changes.

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

If you prefer a more advanced PDF editing software, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a popular choice. It provides an extensive set of features for annotating and editing PDFs.

To write on a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC:

  1. Step 1: Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
  2. Step 2: Click on the “Comment” tab located on the right-hand side of the window.
