Have you ever accidentally blocked someone on Snapchat and now you want to unblock them? Don’t worry, it’s a simple process on Android. In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the steps to unblock someone on Snapchat Android.

Step 1: Launch Snapchat

To get started, open the Snapchat app on your Android device. You will be taken to the camera screen by default.

Step 2: Access Your Profile

To access your profile, tap on the profile icon located at the top left corner of the screen. It looks like a ghost icon.

If you are using an older version of Snapchat, you may need to swipe down from the camera screen to access your profile.

Step 3: Open Settings

In your profile screen, tap on the gear icon at the top right corner to open Snapchat settings.

Step 4: Navigate to Blocked

In the settings menu, scroll down until you find ‘Blocked’ under the ‘Who Can..’ section. Tap on it to proceed.

Step 5: View Blocked Users

You will now see a list of all the users that you have blocked on Snapchat. This list is private and only visible to you.

If you haven’t blocked anyone before, this list will be empty.

Step 6: Unblock a User

To unblock a user from your blocked list, simply tap on their name or username. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you want to unblock this user.

  • If you wish to proceed and unblock the user, tap on ‘Yes’ or ‘Unblock’.
  • If you changed your mind and don’t want to unblock the user, tap on ‘No’ or ‘Cancel’.

Once you unblock a user, they will be able to see your Snapchat stories and send you snaps again. However, any previous conversations and snaps will not be restored.

Step 7: Confirmation

After confirming the unblock action, you will see a pop-up message confirming that the user has been unblocked.

Congratulations! You have successfully unblocked a user on Snapchat Android. Now you can interact with them once again.

Remember, blocking and unblocking users is a personal preference. If someone is bothering or harassing you on Snapchat, it’s important to prioritize your safety and well-being by using these features as needed.
