  • If you want to record audio from your computer’s system audio:
    • Select “Internal Microphone” or any other available option under “Microphone”.

Step 3: Once you have selected the desired audio source, click on the screen recording button in the screenshot toolbar.

Step 4: To stop the recording, either click on the stop button in the menu bar or press Command + Control + Esc.

Step 5: Similar to Method 1, you can preview and save your recording after stopping it.
