How to Save Voice Messages on iPhone

Do you often receive important voice messages on your iPhone that you want to save for future reference? Fortunately, it’s easy to save voice messages on your iPhone and keep them organized. In this tutorial, we’ll show you step-by-step how to do it.

Step 1: Open the Phone App

To begin, locate and open the Phone app on your iPhone. You can find it on your home screen or in the dock at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Access Voicemail

In the Phone app, tap on the “Voicemail” tab located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your voicemail inbox where all your received voice messages are stored.

Step 3: Select a Voice Message

In your voicemail inbox, browse through the list of voice messages and select the one you want to save. Tap on it to open and listen to it.

Step 4: Save the Voice Message

After listening to the voice message, tap on the “Share” button located below it. This button is represented by a square with an arrow pointing out of it.

A menu will appear with various options. Scroll through these options until you find “Save Audio”. Tap on it.

Note:

If you don’t see the “Save Audio” option in the sharing menu, make sure you have sufficient storage space available as this option may be disabled when storage is low.

Step 5: Choose a Location

Next, choose a location where you want to save the voice message. You can save it to your iCloud Drive, Files app, or any other compatible storage service installed on your iPhone.

If you prefer to save the voice message directly to your iPhone’s internal storage, select the “On My iPhone” option. Then, choose a folder or directory where you want to save it.

Step 6: Confirm and Save

Finally, confirm the location and tap on the “Save” button.

The voice message will now be saved to the selected location on your iPhone.

Congratulations! You have successfully saved a voice message on your iPhone. You can access it anytime from the chosen location whenever you need to listen to it again.

Note:

If you want to keep your voicemail inbox organized, remember to regularly delete unnecessary voice messages that you no longer need. This will free up storage space and make it easier for you to find important messages in the future.

With these simple steps, you can now conveniently save voice messages on your iPhone and ensure that important information is always within reach. Happy saving!
