In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to print an email from your iPhone. Printing emails can be useful when you need a hard copy for reference or documentation purposes. Follow the steps below to easily print your emails from your iPhone.

Step 1: Open the Mail App

To begin, locate and open the Mail app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Select the Email to Print

Browse through your inbox or any other mail folder to find the specific email that you want to print. Tap on it to open it.

Step 3: Access Print Options

After opening the email, tap on the Share button located at the bottom of the screen. It resembles a square with an arrow pointing upwards.

Note:

If you are using iOS 12 or earlier, look for the Reply/Forward/Print button instead of the Share button.

Step 4: Print Preview

In the Share menu, locate and tap on Print. This will open a preview of how your email will appear when printed.

Note:

If you have multiple pages in your email, swipe left or right to view them all in the preview mode.

Step 5: Configure Print Settings

In the print preview screen, you can configure various settings before printing:

  • Select Printer:
  • If you have multiple printers connected to your iPhone, tap on Select Printer to choose which printer you want to use.

  • Number of Copies:
  • Specify the number of copies you want to print by tapping on the Number of Copies option.

  • Page Range:
  • If your email has multiple pages and you only want to print certain pages, tap on the Page Range option and enter the desired page numbers.

  • Paper Size:
  • If you want to change the paper size, tap on the Paper Size option and select from the available options.

  • Duplex Printing:
  • If your printer supports duplex printing (printing on both sides of the paper), you can enable or disable it using the Duplex Printing option.

Step 6: Print Your Email

Once you have configured all the desired settings, tap on the Print button located in the top-right corner of your screen. Your iPhone will send the print job to your selected printer, and your email will start printing shortly.

Congratulations! You have successfully printed an email from your iPhone. Remember to collect your printed copy from the printer once it finishes printing.
