Have you ever wanted to mirror your iPhone screen to another iPhone? Whether you want to share photos, videos, or even play games together, mirroring your iPhone screen can be a great way to connect with friends and family. In this tutorial, we will show you how to mirror your iPhone to another iPhone using a few simple steps.

Step 1: Ensure both iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network

To begin mirroring your iPhone screen, make sure that both iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This is essential for establishing a stable connection between the devices.

Step 2: Open Control Center on both iPhones

On both iPhones, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen (iPhone X and later) or swipe up from the bottom of the screen (iPhone 8 and earlier) to open Control Center.

Step 3: Tap on Screen Mirroring

In Control Center, look for the “Screen Mirroring” option. Tap on it to open the screen mirroring settings.

Note:

If you don’t see the Screen Mirroring option in Control Center, it may not be enabled on one of the iPhones. You can enable it by going to “Settings” > “Control Center” > “Customize Controls” and adding “Screen Recording” to your control center options.

Step 4: Select the Target iPhone

A list of available devices for mirroring will appear. Look for the name of the Target iPhone in this list and tap on it. It may take a few moments for the connection to be established.

Note:

If you don’t see the Target iPhone in the list of available devices, make sure that both iPhones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that screen mirroring is enabled on the Target iPhone.

Step 5: Start mirroring your iPhone screen

Once the connection is established, the Target iPhone’s screen will mirror what is being displayed on the source iPhone. You can now navigate through apps, play videos, or perform any other actions on the source iPhone, and it will be mirrored in real-time on the Target iPhone.

Step 6: Stop mirroring your iPhone screen

To stop mirroring your iPhone screen, open Control Center again on either of the iPhones and tap on the “Stop Mirroring” option. The connection between both iPhones will be terminated, and each device will return to its independent state.

  • Tip: If you want to adjust the volume of the mirrored content on the Target iPhone, use the volume controls on that device rather than on the source iPhone.
  • Note: Some apps or content may not be available for mirroring due to copyright restrictions or limitations imposed by app developers.

Congratulations! You have successfully learned how to mirror your iPhone to another iPhone.

This can be a fun and useful feature for various situations, allowing you to share moments with friends and family in a more interactive way. Enjoy exploring this feature and make the most out of your iOS devices!
