Are you tired of seeing the same picture on your iPhone lock screen every day? Did you know that you can easily change the pictures on your lock screen to keep things fresh and exciting?

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to make your lock screen change pictures on iPhone. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Open the Settings App

To begin, unlock your iPhone and locate the Settings app. It is represented by a gray icon with gears. Tap on it to open.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on “Wallpaper”

Once you are in the Settings app, scroll down until you find the “Wallpaper” option. It should be located below “Control Center” and above “Siri & Search”. Tap on it to proceed.

Step 3: Choose a new Wallpaper

You will now see different options for wallpaper settings. To change your lock screen wallpaper, tap on the “Choose a New Wallpaper” option.

Option 1: Choose from Apple’s pre-installed wallpapers

If you want to use one of Apple’s pre-installed wallpapers, select one of the categories provided such as Dynamic, Stills, or Live. Browse through the options and tap on any image that catches your eye.

You can preview how it looks by holding down on the image. Once you have made your selection, tap on “Set” to apply it as your lock screen wallpaper.

Option 2: Use one of your own photos

If you prefer using your own photos as wallpapers, scroll down until you find the section labeled “Photos”. Tap on it to access your photo library.

  • Tip: Make sure you have the desired photo in your Camera Roll or any other album on your iPhone before proceeding.

In the Photos section, you can browse through your albums and select the photo you want to use as your lock screen wallpaper. Tap on the photo to open it.

Option 3: Use an image from a different source

If you have an image saved in a different location, such as a cloud storage service or a third-party app, tap on “Choose” under the “From” section to access those sources. Follow the prompts to locate and select the image you want.

Step 4: Adjust the Wallpaper

After selecting an image, you will have the option to adjust it. You can zoom in or out by pinching or spreading your fingers on the screen. Once you are satisfied with the positioning, tap on “Set” to proceed.

Step 5: Choose where to apply the Wallpaper

You will now be presented with three options: “Set Lock Screen”, “Set Home Screen”, and “Set Both”. Since we are focusing on changing the lock screen wallpaper, tap on “Set Lock Screen”.

You have successfully changed your lock screen wallpaper on your iPhone. Now every time you wake up your device, you will be greeted with a fresh new picture!

Tip: If you want to revert back to Apple’s default lock screen wallpaper at any time, simply follow these steps again and choose one of Apple’s pre-installed wallpapers.

Remember, changing your lock screen picture is a great way to personalize and add some flair to your iPhone. Have fun experimenting with different wallpapers and enjoy the refreshed look every time you unlock your device!
