Safari:

  2. Select Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the Advanced tab.

  5. Now, go back to the menu bar and click on the newly added Develop tab.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. In the top-right corner of the browser window, click on the three vertical dots to open the Chrome menu.
  3. Select More Tools, then choose Clear browsing data..
    • Note: You can also use a keyboard shortcut by pressing Shift+Command+Delete (Mac) or Shift+Control+Delete (Windows).

Step 2: Clearing System Cache

Using Terminal:

  1. Open Terminal by searching for it in Spotlight or navigating to Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
  2. Type the following command and press Enter: sudo periodic daily weekly monthly
    • Note: You will be prompted to enter your administrator password.

Using CleanMyMac:

  1. Download and install CleanMyMac from the official website.
  2. Launch CleanMyMac and click on the System Junk tab.
  3. Select the items you want to remove (e.g., cache files, logs, etc.).
  4. Click on the Clean button to clear the selected items.
