Step 1: Accessing Digital Wellbeing

To begin, open the Settings app on your Android device. Scroll down until you find the “Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls” option and tap on it.

Step 2: Viewing Screen Time

Inside the Digital Wellbeing menu, you will see various options related to your device usage. Look for the “Dashboard” section and tap on it.

Note: If this is your first time accessing Digital Wellbeing, you may be prompted to set it up. Follow the instructions provided to enable this feature.

Option 1: Daily Overview

On the Dashboard page, you will see a detailed overview of your daily device usage. It displays information such as total screen time, number of unlocks, and number of notifications received.

Option 2: App Usage

Beneath the Daily Overview section, there is an “App Usage” option. Tap on it to view a breakdown of how much time you spend on individual apps.

Step 3: Customizing Screen Time Settings

If you wish to customize your screen time settings or set app timers for specific applications, go back to the Digital Wellbeing menu and select “Wind Down.” From there, you can configure options such as grayscale mode and bedtime reminders.
