How to Change Screensaver on Mac to Your Own Picture

Step 1: Selecting the Picture

The first step is to choose the picture that you want to set as your screensaver. It can be any image from your personal collection or even a downloaded wallpaper.

Step 2: Opening System Preferences

To change the screensaver on a Mac, we need to access the System Preferences. You can find it either in the Dock or by clicking on the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen and selecting “System Preferences” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Navigating to Desktop & Screensaver

Once you have selected the screensaver module, click on the “Source” dropdown menu located on the right side of the window. From the dropdown menu, select “Choose Folder.”

Step 5: Previewing and Applying Changes

Now that you have customized your screensaver, it’s time to preview how it looks and apply the changes.
