Step 1: Install Folder Colorizer

To change folder colors on your Mac, you will need to use a third-party app called Folder Colorizer. This app allows you to customize the color of your folders easily. To install it, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Open your web browser and search for “Folder Colorizer for Mac”.
  • Step 2: Visit the official website of Folder Colorizer and download the application.
  • Step 3: Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install Folder Colorizer on your Mac.

Step 2: Launch Folder Colorizer

After installing Folder Colorizer, you can launch it by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Locate the “Applications” folder in Finder.
  • Step 2: Open the “Applications” folder and find “Folder Colorizer”.

Note:

Note:

If you ever decide to uninstall Folder Colorizer from your Mac, simply locate it in Finder’s “Applications” folder, right-click on it, and select “Move to Trash”. Then empty your Trash to complete the uninstallation process.
